Annual Meeting

This year, we will hold the annual meeting at Mitsui Memorial Museum on October 16, 2022.
The schedule is as follows.

If you would like to attend the meeting in-person, please contact us via the email.
This time, in addition to the in-person meeting, we will offer the option to participate online, using Zoom (TBD). Please note that online attendees are allowed to only view the meeting and not to ask questions. If you would like to join online, please let us know by e-mail. By the day before the meeting, we will send the necessary information to the e-mail address
provided. However, the secretariat does not give technical guidance regarding the online participation, so please check in advance how to use the application.
